PAYMENT

Lara Lashes Online accepts the following cards through the secure PayPal online payment system:

Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard Eurocard / PayPal Top up card / Maestro / Maestro / American Express.

All credit card details must be authorised before despatch of goods.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Lara Lashes Online provides a fast and dependable service, with all orders usually processed within 24 hours. 

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class normally within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).  We ship nationally – mainland UK.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If your product is faulty please complete the "Refunds" form (located below Customer Service section on the Homepage). 

Notification of any faulty goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.  Returns will only be accepted if they are still unused and in their original packaging.  We are unable to refund items that have been used.

In the unlikely event that products are delivered faulty, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

Please note:  For a refund to be processed, all items will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition.  If items have been used or damaged, we will be unable to resell the item/s and no refund will be made. In such circumstances the item will be returned to you.

Following the receipt and a satisfactory inspection of the item/s, we aim to process your refund within 7 days although this may be slightly longer during seasonal periods. Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used when you purchased the item.

When returning items we strongly advise that you use a Recorded Delivery service and ensure that you keep the receipt as proof of posting.

PRODUCTS

The Lara Lashes Superior Bonding Glue, Sensitive Glue, Primer and Gel Adhesive Remover are intended for professional use only.  Please do not attempt to use these products without prior training and qualifications.  Lara Lashes accepts no liability for any allergies or reactions experienced after use of the glue.
